Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking, please contact hello@ohmkara.co.uk at least 14 days prior to your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit. To reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your booking time. Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will require full payment. If you do not attend your appointment without notice, full treatment cost will be charged.
