All of our packaging for all products is completely biodegradable and re-usable.
Keep it clean: ensure the wax pool is free of debris, such as matches or wicks.
Storage: keep candles in a cool, dark place to avoid degradation.
Keep away from drafts: drafts may cause uneven burning, smoking, and reduced scent.
Keep away from children and pets: store candles out of reach of children and pets.
Don't use water: never extinguish a candle with water or any other liquid.
Don't touch: avoid touching the candle until it has completely cooled.
Trim the wick: before lighting a candle or every four hours of burn time, trim the wick to the recommended length of approximately 3 mm to ensure even burning.
Protect surfaces: place candles on a heat-resistant surface, such as a candle holder.
Allow wax to pool: before extinguishing, allow the top layer of wax to melt and pool at the edges of the candle.

Our gift cards are a monetary balance that can be used to for treatments and experiences at ohmkara. These will be applied when visiting us and used as a payment method on the day of your experience.
If using at our wellness spa or dining then please remember to bring the voucher.
You can purchase evouchers and/or physical gift cards.
The gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
No, our gift cards can not sold for cash.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us via our contact us page and we will be happy to provide you with a pre-prepaid return label for any order shipped within United Kingdom.
Return your order to us within 14 days of when your order was shipped and we will process a full refund back to the original payment method once received as long as the package is in it's original condition.
Returns are only accepted of products purchased from www.ohmkara.co.uk. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributers.
After 14 days and within 30 days of item shipped, and the product has not ben used, we will only be able to provide you with a store credit only. After 14 days customers will be liable for all shipping and returns costs.

After your deposit has been paid, cancellations will require the balance in full. We’re happy to assist with rescheduling requests made at least 14 days before your booking, subject to availability. Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 14 days of your booking will require full payment.

50% deposits are taken when booking the Spa day packages.
20% deposits are taken for treatment bookings.
To cancel your booking, please contact hello@ohmkara.co.uk at least 14 days prior to your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit.
To reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your booking time.
Any changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will require full payment.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, full treatment cost will be charged.
