HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our dining experiences are set in the tranquil garden in a glass orangery. It is our pleasure to host you as royals, welcome you into our home and give you the experience you will never forget. 

 

Enjoy eating in traditional copper plates, bowls, cups with sterling silver cutlery and crystal glass. 

 

Accommodates between 6-12 guests.

SMALL PLATES

​CHICKEN TIKKA

Tenderised chicken breast marinated with spices and sweet vinegar then grilled until deep golden brown with some charring

​

JEERA CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

A beloved Indian dish with rich, aromatic flavors from toasted cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Succulent chicken drumsticks are slow-cooked to tender perfection in a fragrant, spiced gravy.

HARIYALI CHICKEN KEBABS

​Hariyali, translating to "greenery" in Hindi, derives its name from the vibrant herb-based marinade that characterises the dish. The chicken is coated in a fragrant green paste made by blending fresh coriander, mint leaves, spicy green chillies, yogurt, cashew paste, and heavy cream. As the meat marinates, this rich hariyali masala clings to it, imparting a vivid green hue and infusing it with fresh, herbaceous flavours—a visual and culinary nod to the dish’s verdant inspiration​

LAMB BOTI KEBAB

Cooked with tender chunks of lamb, with a kick of spices, grilled and topped with a kebab masala and lime juice. Served with a generous topping of mint

SHEEKH KEBAB

Spiced mince lamb, gilled to perfection then garnished with mint and red onion

LAMB RAAN

A wonderful dish of tender slow cooked leg of lamb, pulled into silky shreds and combined with a savoury masala

​

PANEER TIKKA (V)

This mild unsalted cheese doesn't need aging or culturing and picks up flavours wonderfully. Marinated twice over 24 hours and then grilled until deep golden in colour and served with yellow and red peppers

PAV BHAJI (V)

This flavoursome dish is one of India’s most famous street food recipes. Vegetables simmered in a tomato and onion gravy until soft and then lightly mashed, topped with generous serving of butter. Served with lightly toasted soft white buns

​

VADA PAV (V)

A bit like a chip butty, but packed with flavour! Spiced mashed potato in chick pea flour batter, served in a soft white bun with tamarind chutney and coriander & mint chutney

​

BHEL (V)

A Indian savoury salad made of rice puffs, thin crispy chickpea noodles, chopped onions, tomatoes, chilli and chutney mix, topped with pomegranate

DHAI PURI (V)

A beloved Indian street food featuring crispy golgappas (fried semolina or flour shells) filled with spiced potatoes, tangy cilantro chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, and creamy yogurt, then topped with a sprinkle of aromatic spices. With its perfect balance of crunch and softness, every bite bursts with flavour, making it nearly impossible to stop at just one!

SAMOSA  CHAT (V)

A dish which will awaken your taste buds and with abundance of colour. Vegetable samosas, topped with a sweetened yoghurt, fine crispy chickpea noodle, chutneys and dressing

DHABA CHICKEN

Chunks of chicken marinated for 24 hours and grilled until tender and then simmered in a rich creamy tomato sauce, garnished with pomegranate and coriander

PEPPER CHICKEN

A fiery, aromatic dish celebrated for its bold flavours. Tender pieces of chicken are simmered with sautéed onions, fragrant curry leaves, and fresh green chilies until perfectly cooked. The dish is then finished with a generous toss of coarsely ground black pepper, which lends its signature pungent heat and earthy aroma. This final flourish of pepper not only elevates the spice profile but also creates a robust, warming depth

METHI CHICKEN

Methi Chicken is a flavourful Indian curry made with tender chicken, onions, spices, herbs, tomatoes, and yogurt. The addition of fenugreek leaves (methi) imparts a rich, aromatic, and slightly pungent depth of flavour, making this dish truly unique and irresistible

Tender chunks of lamb leg, braised in a rich and flavoursome gravy with caramelised onion and tomato gravy

LAMB KOFTA

Mum's Lamb Kofta Curry is a beloved family favourite, featuring tender, spiced lamb meatballs simmered in a rich, aromatic tomato and onion gravy. Bold, warming, and bursting with flavour, this dish is a true comfort food delight

LAMB PEPPER FRY

A dry meat curry marinated and simmered over 4 hours, with tender chunks of lamb leg in a thick tomato peppery sauce

MUTTER PANEER (V)

A delicious warming vegetarian curry, made with mild unsalted cheese, cooked in a rich tomato base with sweet peas

CHOLE (V)

A simple but delicious curry, made with chick peas and potatoes in a tomato and onion masala​​

DUM ALOO (V)

A rich and aromatic dish featuring baby potatoes slow-cooked in a spiced, tangy yogurt-based gravy. Warm and flavourful, this dish is a true delight for the senses

BHARELA RINGAN BATETA (V)

A traditional Gujarati delicacy, this aromatic dish features eggplants and potatoes stuffed with spiced masala, then slow-cooked to perfection until tender and bursting with rich flavours

BLACK DAAL (V)

A warming dish, one of our favourite lentil dishes. Black lentils cooked for over 6 hours creating a creamy rich sauce

SWEET CRAVINGS

GULKAND MESS

An Indian twist to the classic Eton Mess, with Indian rose petal jam and rose water, topped with fresh strawberries​

MALAI KULFI

This famous Indian ice cream is found all over India. Made with milk and flavoured with cardamon and saffron
