Jeera Chicken
Cumin seeds (jeera) take centre stage in this dish. Slowly roasted and generously used to infuse the chicken with a rich, earthy warmth and a deep, nutty aroma. Comforting and full of flavour, it’s a much-loved family favourite we grew up sharing around the table.
Lamb Boti
Tender chunks of lamb leg, braised in a rich and flavoursome gravy with caramelised onion and tomato gravy.
Chole (V)
A simple but delicious curry, made with chick peas and potatoes in a tomato and onion masala.
