Methi Chicken
Methi Chicken is a flavourful Indian curry made with tender chicken, onions, spices, herbs, tomatoes, and yogurt. The addition of fenugreek leaves (methi) imparts a rich, aromatic, and slightly pungent depth of flavour, making this dish truly unique and irresistible.
Lamb Boti
Tender chunks of lamb leg, braised in a rich and flavoursome gravy with caramelised onion and tomato gravy.
Black daal (V)
A warming dish, one of our favourite lentil dishes. Black lentils cooked for over 6 hours creating a creamy rich sauce.
